1. Order processing time
Order processing time: We will process your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Order confirmation: Once we confirm your order, we will send the order confirmation and shipping information by email. Please make sure the email address provided is correct so that you can receive relevant notifications.
2. Delivery method
We offer a variety of delivery methods to provide you with the best shopping experience. The specific delivery methods are as follows:
Shipping method: DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, UPS
Standard delivery: The estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, applicable to most areas.
3. Shipping Fees
Standard Shipping: Free shipping for orders over $49, $5.99 for orders below this amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and shipping company information. You can track your package in the following ways:
Visit the shipping company website and enter the tracking number for query.
Go to the “My Orders” page on the Tulvii website and click on the relevant order to view the shipping status.
5. Recipient Signature
Signature for delivery: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. If the recipient is unable to sign for the package, the shipping company may arrange for re-delivery or return the package.
Signature Issues: If the package you received is damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 24 hours after signing for it. We will do our best to resolve the problem and assist you with related matters.
6. Delivery Delays
We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but in some cases, force majeure factors such as bad weather, natural disasters, traffic control, etc. may cause delivery delays. We will promptly notify you of the update of the order status by email or SMS.
7. Exchanges and Returns
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you want to return or exchange the goods, please refer to the following regulations:
Return conditions: Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, the goods should be kept in new condition, unused, unwashed, and the packaging is intact (labels, tags, etc.).
Return process: Please log in to your account, go to the “My Orders” page, select the goods to be returned, and apply for a return according to the prompts. Our customer service team will provide a specific return address and instructions after receiving the application.
Return costs: If the reason for the return is product quality problems, we will bear the return shipping costs; if it is for personal reasons (such as dislike, size does not fit, etc.), the return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
Exchange: If you need to exchange, please indicate the item and size you need to exchange when returning the product. We will arrange an exchange for you based on stock availability.
8. Special circumstances
In the following circumstances, we may not be able to process or complete the order on time:
Insufficient inventory: If the product is insufficient, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can choose to wait for restocking, exchange for other items or get a full refund.
Delivery issues: If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or invalid contact information, we will try our best to contact you to correct it. If we cannot contact you, the order may be cancelled.
