Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for shopping at Tulvii! We hope you are satisfied with every item you purchase. If for some reason you need to return or exchange a product, we will do our best to provide you with convenient services. Please read the following return and exchange policy carefully for smooth processing.
1. Return conditions
Return applications must be made within 21 days after receiving the product (based on the date of receipt).
Returned products must be kept in a brand new and unused state, with complete tags, packaging, and gifts, unwashed, undamaged, and not affecting secondary sales.
For returns due to quality issues (such as obvious damage, workmanship defects, wrong products, wrong sizes), you must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the goods to explain the situation and provide photos or video proof.
2. Exchange conditions
Exchange applications must also be made within 21 days after receiving the goods.
You can apply for an exchange due to an inappropriate size or dislike of the color, but the product must be intact (the label is not cut, not worn, and not washed).
The inventory of the exchanged goods is subject to the final confirmation of the customer service. If there is no inventory, you can choose to return or exchange for other goods.
3. Return/Exchange Process
Log in to your account → Click “My Orders” → Find the order that needs to be returned or exchanged → Click the “Apply for Return/Exchange” button.
Fill in the return/exchange application and upload relevant photos (if quality issues are involved).
After the review is passed, you will receive the return address. Please send the goods back and keep the courier number.
After we receive the returned goods and accept them, we will refund or arrange for exchange for you within 3-5 working days.
4. Shipping Instructions
For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with size, color, style, etc.), the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
5. Special Reminder
Please be sure to choose a trackable courier to return the goods to avoid being unable to process refunds due to lost items.
The returned goods must be properly packaged. If secondary damage is caused by improper packaging, we have the right to refuse refunds or exchange requests.
Refunds will only be returned to the original account or bank card you paid.
The exchange processing time may be slightly delayed depending on the inventory of the goods. We will communicate with you as soon as possible.
6. Returns and exchanges are not supported
Exceeding the return and exchange period.
The goods have obvious signs of use (such as stains, perfume, damage, etc.).
Goods not purchased on our platform.
Those who refuse to accept or return goods frequently due to subjective reasons (such as “not consistent with imagination” or “slight color difference”) may be restricted from return services.
